We work across two streams, Align Business Advisory and Align Your Energy, each grounded in the belief that clarity, structure, and self-trust aren't separate goals. They're the same goal, seen from different angles.
Meet Georgi
Georgi started her career in accounting in 2013, in the type of accounting firms that are absorbed by numbers.
Over the years, she noticed a gap that kept showing up in every business she worked with. The financials could be perfect, and the business could still be quietly falling apart, because nobody was looking after the people running it, or the people working within it. So, she went back to study.
Georgi is a Chartered Accountant with CA ANZ and a Certified HR Practitioner with AHRI, a combination that lets her see a business the way it actually operates, not just the way it appears on paper.
Today, she works with small and medium businesses as an advisor who understands accounting, tax, and HR as one connected system. Not three separate problems to solve in isolation, but one business, looked at holistically.
That same philosophy, that the numbers and the humans behind them are never really separate, is what led her to create Align Your Energy: a coaching practice for the women who've spent years excelling in the corporate world, and are ready to bring their professional life back into alignment with who they actually are.
